Tiny Eco House
Soleta zeroEnergy is a sustainable house designed by the Romanian foundation FIST (Foundation for Inventions and Sustainable Technologies). It is a smart modular house that can be powered by those renewable energy sources that are available in the area such as solar, geothermal and wind energy.
Soleta houses are made from natural materials sourced locally and the only exception is the polyurethane thermal insulation and the gypsum boards used as interior walls. Ninety-seven percent of its materials can be recycled and that is why it stands out as one of the best sustainable houses on the market. The house is a perfect blend of comfort, functionality and great design and it is suitable as a family home or a vacation house.
At just 48 square meters (not counting a 9 sqm loft and 22 sqm terrace), Soleta zeroEnergy is the coziest house you can imagine. The house has a specific roof that allows greater energy sustainability and avoids the classic walls. It has wide windows that provide natural light and ventilation. It is equipped with ecological fireplace, computerized home management system as well as computerized system for reducing power consumption. The concept of structural module allows accessorizing the house with more options such as swimming pool, sauna, green house, exterior terraces etc, that increase the comfort level of the house.
Soleta zeroEnergy can be ordered online, it comes in four sizes and can be transported and installed anywhere in the world for a surcharge.
