Mono – Chair Made From A Single Piece Of Bent Aluminum
Czech designer Petr Badura has developed an interesting design for a chair with two legs that establishes interaction with the user and activates the body. “Mono” is made from a single piece of aluminum molded into a structure with two rear legs.
The idea for the concept came from the desire to create an element that will establish interaction with the user in a way that will be practical and will serve the user, and will be fully dependent on him. Hence, the chair only has two rear legs with the missing front two legs coming from the person who sits on it. When someone is sitting on this chair, their legs have to be bent at the knees at 90-degree angle. In this position the body weight is distributed and pressure on the legs is minimal
