Tokyo-based architectural studio Hayakawa/Kowalczyk have designed a family house in a wooded region outside of Warsaw, Poland. Situated amongst dense pine trees, the house features open ground floor plan with a living room, dining and kitchen areas in ground floor and bedrooms for four members of the family in first floor.
The exterior of the building is a mixture of monolithic grey brick walls and wooden windows placed and sized randomly. The roof is cladded with titanium zinc steel.
