“Casa Lara” is a private house in Sao Paulo that stands out with its striking architecture. With an area of 350 square meters, the house attracts the attention of the passers-by with its interesting structure embraced by lush greenery.
The uniqueness of the house stems from two large gardens that embrace its front and rear areas. They are complemented by a spacious rooftop terrace, designed for organizing parties and family gatherings.
The house is built on three levels, including the roof terrace. The first floor is organized in two main areas. The open plan consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room, connected by gardens through large sliding glass doors. The structure that looks like stone box is actually the second area, which separates the kitchen, laundry and storage space.
The second level is divided into three apartments. They each have large windows overlooking the gardens, built furniture with plenty of storage space and a contemporary and stylish decor.
The roof terrace is the place reserved for social activities. Small kitchen and a table with two benches are veiled by long curtains that provide privacy and protect guests from the Brazilian sun during the day or the cold wind in the evenings.
