Small Core House by Japanese practice UNIT-O is a minimal house for young couple. The small, low cost family home is located along the riverside of Ochiaigawa of Higashikurume, Tokyo, Japan. On the south side, the house faces the green, natural Ochiaigawa and on the north, to the overcrowded urban area.
