The Netherlands-based practice Onix have designed a multifunctional barn in Groningen, The Netherlands. Situated on an old farmyard, the barn was designed as a separate annexe to the existing farmhouse. The barn houses a workshop, a storage and parking area, a rabbit hutch and a terrace. The different functional spaces are connected by a folded sink shell. The roof shell opens towards main entrance and also on the side of the building facing the yard.
