Stockholm-based practice Elding Oscarson have designed the Townhouse in Landskrona, Sweden. The 125 m2 small house is built on a narrow site sandwiched between old buildings. Built for a couple dealing with art and running a cafe, the house has a single space , softly partitioned by thin exposed steel slabs. The three slabs span the entire width of the house and divide its functions – kitchen, dining, living, library, bedroom, bathroom and a roof terrace. A small home office is located in a separate volume built across a small garden behind the main building.
