Norway-based firm Reiulf Ramstad Architects has designed the Trollwall Restaurant and Service Building in Trollveggen, Møre og Romsdal, Norway. This new building located at the foot of the Troll Wall has a characteristic roof that is inspired by the surrounding landscape. The simple, though flexible plan of the building is an outcome of the sites’ close connection to the impressive mountain wall. The simple design of the service center creates perfect harmony with the surrounding natural landscape.
