This ultra modern Architecture, Earth House is designed by architect Peter Vetsch. According to the architect, “Compared to traditional residential houses built on the ground, the aim of building an earth house is another: Not to live under or in the ground, but with it”. Located in Dietikon, Switzerland the Earth House Estate Lättenstrasse consists of nine houses. The earth house concept uses the ground as an insulating material to get protection from rain, wind and ice. The interiors compares to any modern apartments. A modular kitchen, luxury bathrooms and advanced control system. The ground floor is divided into living area and a second apartment. The bedroom is placed in second floor. These houses are grouped around a small artificial lake with the entrance well hidden and integrated at the side of the estate.
