Dutch architectural firm Ateliereen Architecten has designed a Viewing Tower in Reusel. The tower is 25 meters high and has sport facilities like climbing and abseiling. It consists of six cubes, hanging on a core of steel columns. The cubes are connected by straight flight staircases. Two of the six cubes are accessible. The third one provides a platform for rope-slide and high-rope track.
The visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding in the top cube which also serves as a starting platform for abseiling. The cladding of the tower was done by halved and stripped wooden logs found in the surrounding forest.
