Italian designer Matteo Thun has designed the “Invisible” bathroom collection for RAPSEL. The unique bathroom design made of larch wood is consists of a WC, a Wash Basin of 120 cm width with patent registered overflow and a shower bath. Here is a description from the designer, “The new “invisible” bathroom for RAPSEL, impresses with few lines and innovative forms. Washing Basin, Shower and WC ‘hide away’, almost disappear and become geometric modules that function as sculptural shelves. Clarity and aesthetic constancy direct this effortless design and keep it as pure as possible.
All technical and sanitary facilities are hidden – necessary functions are turned into shelves and storage that are transparent and convertible. The Lightness of the design is repeated through the choice of materials: water-resistant light larch wood creates a natural and warm atmosphere, holistic and inviting.”
