Fruits Coffee Table by Paulsberg Furniture

German studio Paulsberg Furniture has created this unique coffee table with built-in bowl which can be used to store fruits and other small items. In designer’s words, “Opposites attract! Making use of this, the coffee table “Fruits” combines the different features of concrete and wood, creating a new quality of design. Only 6 millimeters thick, smoothly curved and complemented by a light wooden board, the table reveals the aesthetic value of the novel carbon-concrete-composite. As a coffee table, “Fruits” can be combined with furniture made of classic materials such as leather, wood or metal.”
