Industrial designer William Lee has created LEAN, a multipurpose furniture unit in collaboration with architect Manu Garza. It is designed to bring purpose to a universally under-utilized space; the corner. The sculptural piece has two functional sides as furniture; when standing upright in a corner, LEAN becomes a chair with structural support from adjacent walls, when set on its side on ground, it becomes a coffee table with storage space for books and magazines.
