Raw-Edges Design Studio showcased Pivot Desk and Pivot Vanity designed by Shay Alkalay in IMM Cologne 2011. Both Pivot Desk and Pivot Vanity are based on highly successful wall cabinet with two drawers, Pivot, designed in 2008. The original Pivot cabinet has been made slightly lower and has been given an integrated desk top to create the Pivot Desk. It is very minimalist and functional. Pivot Desk can be used in small offices and home offices. The Pivot Vanity is a make-up table with a recess for a mirror in the top. Both the furniture are made with lacquer and solid oak.
