Japanese designer Akio Hayakawa has created the Portrait in Chair. The unique design of the chair has back support and seat that are slightly shifted to the side creating an unique expression. Made of hard maple and MDF, the Portrait in Chair was exhibited at the Designtide Tokyo 2012. According to the designer, “The chair alters our experience of sitting and brings new light to everyday life.”
