UK-based designer Andy Murray has created the SD1.0 Chair. Inspired by the Sea Defence furniture series we featured here before, the chair brings together sculptural, strong and iconic nature of the collection in an elegant, usable piece of furniture. The seat of the chair is made from vacuum bent birch plywood and the back is precision cut aluminum sheet.
