Milan-based studio Skrivo Design has created the Stack easy chair and footstool. The concept behind the chair and footstool “comes from the idea of having cushions in constant motion that look like they have been stacked randomly on top of each other.” The chair is composed of stacks of multi-colored polyurethane upholstered cushions placed on a mild steel structure. Two tubular steel rods are used to add additional aesthetic detail as well as to provide structural support for the birch wood legs.
