Brazilian architects Nilton Montarroyos and Andressa Foncesca had an unusual task to create living space in a 40m2 studio for the opposite sex as part of the show Living More With Less. Below you can see the ultra-modern and creative results.
- Female version by Nilton Montarroyos
In the “female” studio, Nilton designed a multifunctional space with different zones: bedroom area (separated with a partition), living area, dining area and kitchen. He uses yellow, red and blue nuances to create a truly feminine feel. The geometric, floral and arabesque patterns used for the chairs, crockery, bedding and wallpaper ensure a retro atmosphere.
2. Male version by Andressa Foncesca
In the male version of the studio Andressa chose a grey and orange color palette as well as landscape photographs as wall decorations. The TV is an important part of the ambient and it is placed so that it can be watched both from the bed and the sofa. The industrial style makes the studio look very masculine and urban.
