London based interior designing firm Essentia Designs has designed a creative office interior for Dentsu London. The goal for the designer was to create an interior sympathetic to the curvaceous exterior of the building in true Japanese minimalist style. The design also consist space for Attik, an associated multi-award winning branding agency. The top floor of the building is used as main boardroom and the 5th floor as main reception area. The 4th floor serves as the main creative studio hub and Attik have their own space on the third floor, which also includes an exhibition space and padded meeting room, along with a shared canteen and library space.
The designer created a curved tensile fabric screen to separate the reception area from the Dentsu Europe team. The client enters the reception through a fabric tunnel which leads to the corian reception desk and client waiting lounge. The designer untouched the base build energy efficient features such as the chilled beam AC and integral low energy lighting.
