Designers Agnés Blanch and Elina Vila of Barcelona-based studio Minim have transformed the interiors of an old mill into a house and a winery. The building is located in a small village of Priorat in Tarragona, Spain, a historic place known for wine production. The exterior is almost unchanged and the interior is organised around a bold “sculpture-staircase” while respecting the original space. The ground floor has a large living, cooking and dining area. A bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor.
