The i Green kitchen concept was designed by Indian designer Nilay Shah in collaboration with Italian brand Veneta Cucine. This concept kitchen has no refrigerator instead it makes use of baskets and trays made from wood and biodegradable plastics. As there is no refrigerator, the users purchase and store only what they need and that too in the minimum desired quantities, thereby promoting the usage of organic food and reducing wastage.
