London-based design firm V2 Studios has designed the Knot Lamp, a pendant lighting collection for Vitamin. In designer’s words, “The Knot lights are made up of several hand blown glass shades each supported by a monkey fist knot. The knots are made from brightly coloured cable, and hold the glass shades in place. The shades come in multiples to bunch together to create an illuminating form. Grouped together, the lights wrestle each other for space creating an enigmatic aura.”
