Hans Toft Hornemann and Terkel Skou Steffensen of MadeByWho has created the Mylamp concept. The name Mylamp comes from the design process where the user can create desk lamp or wall lamp by folding and assembling the lamp kit. The user becomes a part of the design process. According to the designer, “The aesthetics are reflected in the construction, which is simple yet elegant. We feel that design should be fun, and the fun factor is higher when the user is a part of the construction, by folding it. MyLamp is manufactured in one piece of 1mm recycled cardboard.”
