Pipe is a multifunctional lamp designed by Italian studio Luca Nichetto whose clean, linear form produces different kinds of illumination. In designer’s words, “The lamp’s light source is situated inside a cylindrical glass shade and its intensity can be regulated using a dimmer. Pipe’s tubular shape can generate either directed or diffuse lighting of varying degrees of intensity. This lamp is the beginning of a line available in three different colored versions, designed to work equally well in the office and at home, and its first incarnations take the form of a table lamp and a sconce.” Take a look at the pictures.
