‘Tools’ is a table lamp designed by German designer Fabien Dumas. The design of the lamp is a hybrid between a table lamp and a ruler. The Tools table lamp is a part of exhibition ‘poetry happens’ at Ventura Lambrate during Milan Design Week 2011. The design is very simple with an arm made of wooden rulers which is adjustable and it connects the light holder to the base. The user can see and feel the simple construction of the lamp including the wire which runs over the wooden arm and the fittings used to join the rulers. Check out the pictures.
