New York based designer Ron Gilad has created a unique wall lighting system ‘Wallpiercing’ in collaboration with Italian company FLOS. Wallpiercing is a wall LED lamp designed for minimal visual impact. The LED lamp is installed on the wall using plasterboard. The rings used in the lamp are made of aluminum with polycarbonate diffuser. The installation is very easy and quick with female connectors and plastic clips. Wallpiercing has won the ninth annual Elle Decoration International Design Awards 2010/11 in the lighting category. Check out the pictures.
