Electree is a unique bonsai-shaped gadget that charges your mobile phone using solar power. Created by French designer Vivien Muller, this desktop charger is equipped with 27 solar cells with a total surface area of 1400 sq cm. Energy produced by the cells is stored in a hidden battery and there is a concealed USB port to connect the phone and other gadgets to charge.
Modular design means you can easily customize the look of your solar tree and at the same time optimize the orientation of the solar leaves to increase its effectiveness.
