Plant Pods
American designer Domenic Fiorello has designed the Plant Pods, a wooden shelf which can be used in home or offices as an alternate to pots. The design is very clean and simple and since it is fixed on the wall saves space, making it ideal for small and compact homes. In designer’s words, “After researching the care needed for succulent plants, I designed this pod-like planter to be created on a CNC router. They hang vertically to display all the different views that can potentially be seen in an individual pod.”

Dutch design firm Studio Mango has created the Pet Planter, a unique cat bed combined with a pot. It is very light and can be used in both indoor and outdoor. Ideal for small apartments and homes, the Pet Planter is available in many different colors and when not in use can be stacked to save space. It is also suitable for smaller dogs.
