The residential building Spectrum Apartments reflects the varied culture of the Australian quarter Box Hill in Melbourne. The dynamic colorful facade of the modern residential building, as well as its inventive name clearly reflects the vibrant spectrum of colors that symbolize the cultural differences in this urban district. The building looks like a big colorful smile that brightens the day.
Spectrum Apartments is designed by the architectural bureau “Kavellaris Urban Design” which undoubtedly has managed to create a unique exterior character. The residential building draws the attention from every corner due to its geometric patterned facade. Its front is designed with geometric, asymmetrical cantilevered balconies with various bold colors and simple but striking gray back with the same geometric outline, but with more subtle lines.
Behind the colorful facade of Spectrum Apartments the apartments have practical and contemporary interiors and a wide atrium, common public spaces and corridors made with lush greenery that brings a pleasant natural freshness amidst the urban space.
