Pleasant, spacious and bright, the apartment Casa CC58 is a real dream come true that offers comfortable housing in Madrid.

The apartment is located in a small building on the premises of a former law firm, which was transformed by the architectural studio Lucas y Hernández-Gil Arquitectos.

With the renovation of the interior and the selection of new, modern materials, the architectural team wanted to create a dialogue between the old and the new space. Casa CC58 is a modern home with a bright and clean interior with an open plan in which the spaces function as a whole. With the use of a combination of wood and stone as the dominant materials in the interior, the apartment gets the character of the original space from which the architects retained only the stable facade wall surfaces.

Casa CC58 attracts with a special contemporary charm with warm note, created by the choice of color palette, pieces of furniture and artwork. Light pastel colors were used for wall surfaces and furniture that fit perfectly in the warm climate of Spain, bringing freshness into the space. There are modern and vintage pieces of furniture and unique artwork.

The primary aim was comfort, so the couch is spacious and wide, as well as the armchair and chairs for the dining table. The azure-colored rug makes you feel that you are by the sea. The interior is decorated in minimalist style, with the most necessary details and looks spacious and free, just like the ideal idea of living in a Mediterranean country.
