Creatively designed interior in bright tones in the heart of Istanbul

Bright, modern and full of youthful energy is this spacious apartment designed by the architectural studio “COA Mimarlik”. This comfortable modern interior is situated in Istanbul and immediately the tickles interest with its interesting layout, design and bright colors.

What makes this interior unique is the maximum utilization of the space to provide more places for storing items without making the home look jammed. The apartment is bright and spacious. Dominated by white color and light, natural tones, and a small contrast of light is created with the large sofa in dark gray which introduces a more elegant note in the entire area.

The spacious living room in which the light is coming from a wide central window is planned together with the dining room. The dining room consists of a long wooden table with different chairs, giving it an eclectic look. The wall behind the dining table has an interesting installation in the shape of a world map that gives an interesting element of the whole space. The opposite wall, where the TV it is subtly placed, is surrounded by white interesting shelves stacked like stairs. A great architectural move is the decision to set up a small space for relaxation by the window, offering a view of the city, where the owners can relax with a good book or just observe the urban rhythm.

The apartment has a practical and functional kitchen, with a number of storage elements, and a small bathroom and toilet in contemporary style. The bedroom is relaxing, minimalist with a bed, cupboards, interesting chandelier and wooden frame above the bed which can be used for hanging plants.

An especially interesting space is the small study room dominated by geometric patterns. It has a creative black wall-board which the owners can take notes or simply draw something that refresh the character of the room. The main chandelier is in industrial style with geometric and sharp lines. The geometric theme continues on the wall that looks like a complex network with shelves covered in almost Tetris pattern. An unexpected moment in the entire study room is the small piece of nature, i.e. part of the floor covered in white coarse pebbles that create a Zen-atmosphere.

The whole apartment is full of warm, youthful and cheerful energy, making it a great and lively spot for relaxation and parties with friends and through the decor you can see the vigorous and nomadic spirit of its young owners.
